Here is a "quillow" from Jan LaBeause, Medical Library at Mercer University School of Medicine, Macon, Georgia. A "quillow" is a lap quilt which folds up into an attached pocket to make a pillow. Jan included the book Elm Creek Quilts Sampler by Jennifer Chiaverini.
